Eugenio Manipol Magracia, Sr. September 6, 1932 - May 5, 2017 CHULA VISTA - Eugenio M Magracia, Sr, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2017.
He was 84.
A native of San Agustin, Romblon, Philippines, born on September 6, 1932, Eugenio was an Engineman for the U.S. Navy and retired with the rank of Petty Officer First Class. He then embarked on a second career with the National Steel and Shipbuilding Company (NASSCO) and retired as a QA Supervisor here in San Diego.

Eugenio is survived by his wife, Cecilia, his children MariaLuisa, Rosemarie, Eugenio Jr., Andrew, Filemon, Noel, Geraldine, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Eugenio was an active member of the Knights of Columbus at the Church of the Most Precious Blood in Chula Vista, who loved to go fishing, box, and especially enjoyed watching championship boxing matches.
